ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Marianne Lucero
Marianne Lucero never imagined that the ordinary details of her life would one day become a record of faith, family, and experiences she considers miracles.
Her Christian journey began after years of self-reliance and skepticism. When her brother Mike became a Christian, Marianne initially resisted his beliefs. A later visit to Calvary Chapel changed the direction of her life. From that point forward, faith became deeply personal, although Marianne readily admits that learning to trust God did not happen overnight.
Her story includes marriage, motherhood, a successful career in real estate, financial uncertainty, family illness, grief, ministry, travel, and decades of Bible study. Marianne eventually began leading Bible studies herself, a role she continued twice a year for approximately twenty years.
Family remains at the center of her life. She writes openly about her husband Louis, her children, grandchildren, parents, siblings, nieces, nephews, and friends, often returning to one hope: that the people she loves will remember Jesus long after she is gone.
Now approaching seventy-five, Marianne continues to teach, pray, reflect, and treasure the family built across more than five decades of marriage. My Book of Miracles is her way of leaving something greater than possessions behind: a record of lessons learned, prayers answered, mistakes admitted, and faith carried forward.
